FAQ

Why do we have to wake up so early?
Early in the morning is when conditions are optimal.
We meet at 7am at summer and 8am at winter, approximately.
On sunrise the atmosphere is calm and the wind is calm. As the temperature increases, during the day, the wind conditions can change and it becomes dangerous to fly.

What do we do if we have bad weather?
We are always aware of meteorological conditions.
We will ask you to contact us two days before the flight so we can confirm the forecasts.
Find a new date for the flight if the conditions are not appropriate.
The pilot decided to postpone or not if the start of the flight conditions change abruptly meterològiques. (This fact does not entail any expense for passengers).

Everyone can fly?
This is a safe and calm activity.
We have flown with people of all ages.
We always ask for common sense, and we advice it is forbidden for pregnant women.

Is it very cold during the flight?
Although it seems the opposite, that because the height will be colder, it is not true.
Just dress comfortably, better sportswear since the activity is practiced in the field. Wear comfortable shoes and not heels or flip flops.

Which is the  height? Will we go from one place to an specific point?
The track of the flight is decided by the wind.
The balloons have no control of direction but we can go up or down to find the currents that leads to the appropriate place to land.
The conditions will determine the maximum height and the exact length of the flight.
